KOREA SPCP 오신 것을 환영합니다.
문신에서 발전한 새로운 기법의 화장술인 영구화장의 Motive인 미국의 SPCP (The Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professional) 협회는 올해로 32주년을 맞이 하였습니다.

의료 선진국인 미국 조차도 비 의료인이 시술하는 영구화장에 대하여 일정한 교육과정과 자격 검증을 거친다면 전문적인 미용 분야 기술자로 인정받고 있습니다. 또한, 영구화장 기술은 미용적으로 부족한 부분을 보안함으로서 미용성형적 효과를 인정받고 있으며 의학적인 분야에서도 폭넓게 적용 되고 있습니다.

대한민국에서는 비 의료인이 시술한다는 이유로 영구화장을 불법이라 하고 있어 대한민국의 영구화장 기술력과 교육이 전세계에 전달되지 못함을 참으로 안타깝게 생각합니다.

이로 인해 KOREA SPCP는 미국 SPCP의 지사로서 미국 정부에서 요구하는 영구화장 기술자들이 치뤄야 하는 CPCP(Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional) 시험제도를 대한민국 (아시아를 포함)에 도입 하여 선진국의 전문교육과 시험을 치룰 수 있는 전문기관으로 자리 잡고 있습니다.

시험은 해당국가의 언어로 치룰 수 있으며 통과 시 미국 외 유럽에서도 자격이 주어지게 되며 영구화장 교육과정에는 피부생리, 색소, 해부, 위생, 혈액매개감염체 등 몸의 전신에 관한 교육을 받게 됩니다.

KOREA SPCP의 목표는 체계적인 교육 시스템과 시험 제도를 바탕으로 영구화장 분야에 노력하고 있는 기술자들에게 전문적인 교육 및 기회를 제공하여 세계 기술자들과 나란히 교류 할 수 있는 기술자 양성을 통해 세계로 뻗어나아갈 수 있는 발판을 마련하도록 노력하는 것입니다.

또한, 인재 육성을 위한 교육과 한국의 미용 뷰티 산업을 알리는데 앞장서서 나아가겠습니다.

In 1990 the permanent cosmetic industry began flourishing; yet, there weren’t many guidelines to govern the practice of cosmetic tattooing or tattooing in general. With little to no education, regulations, or vested community, the establishment of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals became the answer. At its core, the SPCP stands on a foundation of ethics and excellence through education that helps its members set themselves apart. Through its annual events, publications, and other educational programs, the SPCP helped educate artists globally.

The SPCP provides unparalleled support and peer mentorship to its members, and its gatherings have forged life-long friendships. Several years ago, a strong relationship developed with the Korean/Asian community, and through the hard work of Jennie Kwon, CPCP, the SPCP Chapter Korea SPCP was born. Beauty standards certainly vary from culture to culture, and Korea has long been known for its innovations in beauty products, services, and devices. Many permanent cosmetic techniques that we use today were pioneered in Korea and Asia, so the Korean SPCP Chapter can only enhance the SPCP and make us stronger as we move into the future.
